About the room

We have 2 rooms available, currently unfurnished but could help with furnishings. 1st room is on the smaller side but with a decent view and great afternoon sun, 2nd room is larger with a closet included. A third option is a large downstairs room (biggest in the whole house. Shared kitchen, lounge, bathroom. Pets are allowed but will be discussed. $275 including utilities, power etc split monthly.
