We’re still looking for a chill, mature flatmate to come join our spacious character home in the beautiful Aro Valley of Te Whanganui-a-Tara /Wellington. One of us is moving on, and we have a single room available that is spacious and very sunny from next week onwards.
Our home is peaceful, quiet, and features a sunny back garden full of native birds. We have two freshly renovated bathrooms and a huge open plan kitchen so there’s always space for all. Choice of two bathrooms with a shower each, one which is brand new. All white ware including fridge, freezer, washing machine, and dryer available. We got a cosy fireplace and plenty of fire wood too.
Rent is $235 with all expenses included (WiFi, electricity, gas) though this may go up by $10 or so in winter, pending bills.
The house is near the shops, bars, and cafes, on the sunny side of Aro Street. There’s on street parking if needed, and the bus stop is nearby.
You’ll be joining 2 mature working professionals and 2 students who all enjoy their independence, but also the occasional catch up in the evenings and on weekends. LGTBQI and neuro-diversity friendly.
