Hi Everyone, We have a room available in a 3 bedroom home in Burnside with move in on the 26th of July. You will be living with one female and male, 23 and 19 both students. There is also a furry tenant on the lease called Teddy who loves to give everyone snuggles. The room up for rent is a decent size and can come with drawers, bookshelf and side table if needed. Rent including power and wifi pw is $235 in winter but less during the summer months. We have a fireplace and firewood which keeps the house warm with the heat transfer to the bedrooms. The yard is also quite large with a garage and deck. Also the lounge has been repainted since the photo and doesn’t have a black mark above fireplace! Both students 19 and 23, very friendly and enjoy flat activities but also know when to keep to themselves. They enjoy walks, tennis, movies and cooking :)
