The Bathroom: You will have access to a beautiful, modern main bathroom featuring both a separate glass shower and a deep, relaxing freestanding bathtub alongside a clean, private separate toilet room. You’ll be sharing it with only 1 flat mate since the other room has ensuite Toilet and Bath.

Living Area: Spacious, sun-drenched, and beautifully decorated open-plan living room with comfortable couches and a great indoor-outdoor flow leading to a private deck/courtyard.

Kitchen & Dining: A modern, chef-style kitchen with a massive island breakfast bar, tons of storage space, and a full dining table set—perfect for cooking and sharing a chat.

House design is simple and modern, windows and doors are already double glazed to protect from cold weather.

Rent: $220 per week. Inclusive of internet.

Expenses: For Power, there is a monthly budget set, if there’s an excess, it will all be divided equally to all flat mates.

You’ll be sharing the house with two friendly Filipinos who work full-time, Monday to Friday. We love a clean, organized space and keep things pretty quiet and relaxed during the workweek.

We are massive foodies who love to cook, so the kitchen is always full of good aromas! We’re always happy to share a chat, a recipe, or a good meal over the weekend, but we also fully respect everyone’s privacy and personal space. If you appreciate a warm, respectful household and good food, you’ll fit right in!
