We have a lovely sunny, single room available. Fully furnished, incl bedding. Located close to EIT or an easy drive to Napier and Hastings. Suit worker or full time student. We have 2 rooms advertised but will only take on 1 flatmate, so whichever gets tenanted first.. Wifi is included, 1/3 power bill is your contribution.
