This beautiful home is located in Lynmore, Rotorua - on a magical land with fruit trees and veggie patches.
NB: There are two rooms available for rent, both at $270 each, furnished with dresser/drawers, wardrobe and double beds.
Available for single or couples, you are welcome to enquire about a renting out the single room or both rooms.
Included in this price is clean drinking water, gas cooking/heating, electricity and internet.
Long-term tenants preferred
The vibe is best suited for tidy, garden-savvy, cultural-creative, community people.
About the roomies
Currently the home is occupied by one female, professional working, early 30’s. Plays sports, enjoys theatre and community-events/shared food. Also happy with quiet spaces, and is tidy and a good communicator.
