One spacious bedroom is available in a sunny, modern 3 bedroom apartment in the quiet and conveniently located neighbourhood of Stonefields. Mount Wellington views from the lounge. The bedroom is fully furnished. The bathroom is separate & only for you. No other flatmates. Heat pump and 75´TV are in the lounge Kitchen with microwave, induction cook top etc.
Off street parking is available in the secured Basement car park. Laundry with washing machine and dryer. Public transport options available from Glen Innes or Panmure Hub. Bus stand 100meters. Available from 2 August to 10 December.
Rent per person is $325 per week, including expenses (unlimited fibre broadband, power, water). 4 weeks rent deposit and 2 weeks rent to be paid in advance. We the owners will be overseas.
