The room: Downstairs Room: $180/week Utilities: $20/week fixed ($15 power + $5 WiFi) Food: We keep a few shared staples stocked too milk, rice, and the like on top of everyone’s own personal food

We will have a cleaner coming in regularly to clean the bathrooms and common areas. However, everyone is still expected to keep their own space and shared areas tidy day-to-day. There’s also an optional opportunity to earn some extra cash by taking this on yourself, if that interests you happy to chat through details at viewing.

Currently three of us living here in a friendly, social flat, looking for one more. One female and two males currently living here.

We run a weekly flat night dinner plus something like board games afterward. It’s a fixed part of house life, but we pick the day together each week so it actually works for everyone. Outside of that, no pressure to be around constantly, but when people are home we tend to end up eating dinner together.

Shared dinners are a big part of how this flat works. Once someone’s cooking, it’s easy to make enough for everyone, and that’s become a natural rhythm here. Genuinely optional, but if cooking’s your thing, I’ll also take $15 off your rent for each meal you cook specifically for me.
