Nice quiet Street. 15 min to the city. Close to Burwood Hospital and 5min walk to bus stops and local shops. Buses every 10 minutes. A three bedroom home situated in established area. Bottlelake nearby. Not far to The Palms and Homebase Shopping centers. Rent includes internet. Buy own food and pay 1/3 of the Power bill.

About the roomies

Will be sharing with the middle aged female and another female flatmate in her late 20’s. Both working and have our own interests outside the property. We do our own things in our spare time. Quiet, respectful of each other. Large open plan living area and kitchen. Plenty of space for everyone.
