Join our Flat in Remuera!
Kia ora team,
We are looking for a guy or gal fill a room in Remuera. Can easily fit a double sized bed, and desk setup. You will be sharing a bathroom with three others. There is ample street parking outside the property in a safe neighbourhood. Plenty of storage throughout with a garage, and cupboard space scattered around the house. Newmarket, and Remuera village are just 5mins drive away, and the CBD is 14 minutes away. Central transport is nearby both bus and train (75 and 781 bus routes)
About you:
No smokers or pets. Otherwise, looking for someone tidy, considerate, friendly, sociable, who pays rent on time and has good banter.
About the roomies
We are aged 24-34, five males and one female. Working in wine, banking, civil engineering, construction, cycling and IT. Our mix of hobbies is just as varied. Together we like socialising as a flat when our schedules line up, big on bantering in the shared areas and do enjoy the odd movie or games night, a few drinks, however we also enjoy and respect our own space.
