Separate Standalone room with small balcony out on the Yard if our modest home. Quiet street, good neighbours. Potential for evening meals by arrangement maybe. Room includes Bed and fixed wardrobe, TV. (Photos are a little old so some of that furniture has been discarded now) I Can assist with anything else you need within reason. Shared kitchen with your own fridge. Board covers Room, internet, power.

Main house has a Couple and school aged kids. Shower Can get a little busy between 7 and 8am.
