Separate Standalone room with small balcony out on the Yard of our modest home. Quiet street, good neighbours. Room includes Bed and fixed wardrobe, TV. Photos are a little old so most of that furniture has been removed now, double bed and coffee table remain . Shared kitchen with your own fridge. Board covers Room, internet, power, TP.

Main house has Dad and school aged kids. Shower Can get a little busy between 7 and 8am.
