Hi everyone, we are looking for a new flatmate to take over a lease until Janurary 1st. The room has plenty of storage with views out over the harbour and the city. This means it gets virtually all day sun, and great sunset and evening views.

You’d be sharing a newly renovated bathroom and toilet with your flatmate down the hall. Yet again there’s plenty of storage in the kitchen, bathroom and garage. There’s a washing machine and dryer in the garage and a small garden with a washing line.

Close to Musselburgh shops, bus stop 3-minute walk away.15min drive into the CBD, close to beaches.

Rent is $220/week which includes bills year-round.

You’d be joining us in our sunny Arawa street flat, we are a group of 3 young professionals aged 24 - 28 (2M, 1F), We enjoy spending time together as a flat with movie nights, games evenings, enjoy tramping, climbing and being creative in our spare time.
