🏡 Two Rooms Available – Kennington – Available from August. A Date is yet to be set.

I’m looking for two friendly, reliable flatmates to share my warm three-bedroom home in Kennington.

The rooms are currently unfurnished (with the option to discuss furnishings). Rent is $250 per week, including utility bills. The home offers a relaxed, tidy environment and is shared with my two dogs, one cat, and horses on the property, so you’ll need to be comfortable around animals. I’m looking for people who are clean, respectful, pay their rent on time, and treat the house like home. I am an employee that does shift work so happy to keep quiet if you are also a shift worker. I apologize for not having photos of the home as it is still furnished with previous owners furniture until I get to move in there myself. i don’t want to create confusion.

About the roomies

I’m 30, country girl and work full-time on shift work. I’m easy-going, respectful, and like to keep the house clean, tidy, and relaxed. Home is a place to unwind after work, so while it’s not a party house, I do enjoy the occasional get-together with friends. I believe in communicating openly and giving everyone plenty of notice if I’m planning to have people over.
