About the room

The room has a double bed and its own wardrobe. The property is in a cul-de-sac and overlooks a lovely park. There is one space by garage and parking offsite. The place is very quiet and safe. There are bus stops nearby, and is it a 10min drive to Westgate shopping centre or 5 minutes Lincoln Rd.

About the roomies

There is one person (me) who lives on the property and a cat (she can be a little timid with other animals). I own the house, so there won’t be any external inspections, but I do expect it to be reasonably tidy. As a job, I work as an English/Drama Teacher.
