I’m looking for two friendly and respectful flatmates to join me at my home. You’ll be living with me and my two friendly cats. 🐈‍⬛🐈

The house is a tidy three-bedroom, one-bathroom home on a quiet back section in Taradale, offering plenty of privacy and security with a large front gate. There’s also a private deck and backyard, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a bit of fresh air. The bathroom and laundry have been newly renovated, with plans to renovate the kitchen and replace the carpet over time. The bedroom with a bed will be repainted ASAP and empty by move in date.

It’s just minutes from the Taradale shops and has easy access to the Napier–Hastings Expressway.

If you enjoy getting outdoors, you’re spoilt for choice with great walking tracks like Otatara Pa, Sugar Loaf, and Dolbel Reserve all less than a five-minute drive away.

Both rooms are queen bed sized, unfurnished and available now. You’re more than welcome to come and have a look through the house before deciding if it’s the right fit. References and a background check may be required for the successful applicants.

Rent is $220 per week, plus power and WiFi, which are split equally each month. Off-street parking maybe be available and can be discussed if successful.

I’m looking for people who are tidy, easy-going, and respectful. It’s definitely not a party house, but I do enjoy the occasional quiet drink.

A little bit about me… Hi! I’m a 25-year-old homeowner, born and raised in Hawke’s Bay. I live here at the address with my two curious (and friendly) cats, so tolerating these two is a must!

I’m pretty easy-going and enjoy a relaxed home environment. I love cooking and baking (and sharing the results from time to time!), and getting outdoors whenever I can.

I work shifts, so my schedule changes week to week, therefore I do occasionally sleep during the day. That being said, I’m a pretty deep sleeper, so it shouldn’t affect you.

I’m not into partying or drugs, but I’m happy to have a few low-key drinks every now and then. Overall, I’m just looking for friendly, respectful flatmates who are keen to help create a comfortable, relaxed place to call home.
