5-10 min walk to top of Cuba Street with a bus stop close by, on the bottom of the street.

Rent is $285 pw plus utility (which is another ~$30 pw). Street parking is available via permit and free between 5pm-9am weekdays and all throughout weekends.

The bedroom is bright and sunny, located at the top of the 4-storey townhouse, includes a wardrobe w/shelf and shares a bathroom with one other person. The room is spacious and comfortably fits a queen bed, desk, drawers and more!

You’ll be living with three other yo pro females in their 20s who all work full-time are chill and keep to themselves but love a good conversation. Flat tends to quiet down around 10:30pm
