2 character rooms for your exclusive use, one double and one single. You can choose which you use as the bedroom and use the other as your own lounge/study. Both rooms have built in wardrobes and could come furnished or unfurnished. Could possibly suit someone who has a child part time. Rent includes reasonable use of power, water and 4g WiFi. Food and toiletries are separate.
About the roomies
Share with quiet 60s semi-retired female owner, Popeye the cat and a small friendly dog, Toby. Fab peaceful location and large private garden with fruit trees and an organic vegie garden. Just a few steps away is a boardwalk leading to Heron Park and the Oakley Creek walking track is close by. Bus at the end of the street and train and Avondale centre close by.
My ideal flatmate would be friendly but independent, clean, tidy and respectful.
