About the room

The private room comes furnished with a queen size bed, linen and pillows. A set a draws and 2 bedside cabinets with a lamp. Also has a desk chair in there for some seating. Doesn’t have a wardrobe but theres room in the wash house area if needing one. Its a very warm house as i have the heatpump running 24/7 and most welcome to have a small heater in the room if needed. Situated 10 minutes North of Oamaru, near a school & play centre so solo parents with a child are welcome here also as well as couples but the rent price will increase to $300 weekly for the 2. So if you enjoy living rural this will be the perfect room for you.

About the roomies

So I am aged 42 years old and working full time 6 days a week doing spilt shifts. I live quietly on my own and enjoy having my own space when I can out of work. I have a dog living at the property but shes old and just likes to sleep alot. I am a people person and get along with anyone. I enjoy cooking and do the odd baking occasionally. I like to have a clean and tidy house also.
