About the room

The flat is located very close to the university and is in a nice flat area so its easy to walk places. Room is pretty quiet and has sun most of the day. Gas is used for hot water and Power, Internet and Gas are split between everyone monthly.

About the roomies

We are two guys in our mid 20s who are both working full time. We are both queer friendly nerds and appreciate hanging out in the shared space but also a mostly quiet environment as we both get up very early for work.
