We’re looking for a new flatmate (single or couple) to move into our spacious, unfurnished double bedroom on Worcester Street, just a short distance from the CBD.

Rent: • $200/week + bills (single) • $250/week + bills (couple)

The room is available immediately. As it’s unfurnished, you’re welcome to use the bed in our fully furnished spare room temporarily if you need a little time to purchase your own bed and furniture.

The house features:

• Shared bathroom (1 bathroom shared between up to 4 people)
• Large garden, perfect for summer BBQs and relaxing
• Furnished spare guest room for occasional visitors
• On-street parking
• Bond is 3 weeks’ rent
• 4 weeks’ notice required

We’re ideally looking for someone who plans to stay for 3 months or longer.

I’m 30 and work in recruitment. Outside of work, I love getting outdoors—whether that’s hiking, heading to the beach, or spending time with dogs. I’m also a big fan of live music, gigs, films, and catching up with friends.

My partner is a social worker and the owner of the house. He’s really into sport, especially rugby (which he plays), enjoys going to the gym, and is always up for the odd gig too.

We’re both pretty easy-going, respectful, and keep busy with work, hobbies, and our own social lives. We enjoy a chat and the occasional shared meal or drink, but it’s definitely not a party house. We’re looking for someone who’s friendly, tidy, considerate, and happy to contribute to a relaxed, comfortable home environment.
