Looking for one person to fill an unfurnished room in our 4 bedroom flat in Spreydon. All other tenants work full time, aged mid 20s - early 30s. We also have a flat cat called Loki.

The house is spacious and modern. Bathroom will be shared between you and 2 others. Bedroom is sunny, fits a double bed and has a built in wardrobe. There is room for 1x off-street parking.
The house is close to Barrington Mall and has a bus stop right outside.

We’re looking for someone studying/working full time and of similar age to the other tenants. This is not a party flat although we do like to hang out and have the occasional movie night.

Rent is $163 + roughly $25 for expenses (changes depending on time of year). The current lease runs out in September, however there is potential for re-signing. Move in costs/ bond: $518

No couples or pets, sorry!
