Modern home with a large outdoor area, comfortable shared living space, own bathroom and good sized wardrobe. Space currently has a queen bed in it. There is space for a small desk, plus drawers etc. Option to pay more room to be furnished, if bringing own furnishings then rent will remain at $250 (incl bills). Property is a 3 minute drive to Rolleston centre, or 15 minute walk. We are also surrounded by lovely walk ways and parks.

My partner owns this property and we both live here with our four year old Labrador. We keep a tidy and respectful home. We are friendly people and are looking for someone that we can share this space with while keeping a homely feel.
