The room is in a quiet rural property just 10 minutes from Winton. It’s the perfect spot if you enjoy country living while still being close enough to town for work and everyday essentials.
The house is warm, comfortable, and well looked after, featuring a modern kitchen, a newly renovated bathroom, and a wetback fire that keeps the house cosy through winter while helping with hot water. There are shared kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and living areas, plenty of off-street parking, and lots of space to relax and unwind after work.
Rent is $200 per week, plus power and Wi-Fi. Looking for someone who’ll treat the place like home and enjoy the relaxed rural lifestyle.
About the roomies
Hey! I’m Nicole, 25, and I work full-time in forestry logistics. I’m pretty easygoing, tidy, and respectful of other people’s space. Outside of work you’ll usually find me outdoors, hunting, fishing, or catching up with mates over a beer.
I’ve got a friendly cat and dog, so you’ll need to be okay with pets. I’m looking to live with people who are relaxed, clean, pay their rent on time, and are up for a yarn, but also respect each other’s privacy.
