Please note both rooms for rent and cannot be rented individually due to shared ensuite
2 spacious bedrooms available on the top floor of our family home. Master bedroom is 4.53 x 4.03m with ensuite and 2nd bedroom is 4.24 x 3.78m (floor plan attached). The master bedroom does not come furnished but the second bedroom (bluey colored room) comes with everything you see in the picture i.e. double bed, bedding, desk, side table etc. Kitchen is shared, welcome to use all appliances in kitchen, w/machine and dryer available.
Location is 2mins away from Woolworths Meadowlands (please look this up before enquiry to make sure location is suitable first). Suitable for couples or small family as we are also a small family with a toddler and 1 small elderly pup. No smokers. Cost includes, power, water, internet.
About the roomies
