One private bedroom that is also your own private lounge space. Fully furnished with a single bed, tv, chair, and storage. There is an extra toilet upstairs where the bedroom is, and a bathroom with toilet and shower downstairs. Fully furnished kitchen for you to use, you will need to pay for your own groceries and cook your own meals. You will also need to pay for 40% of Electricity and internet bills. This room is available from the end of August for a single female occupant, on a short or long term basis. You will have access to a garage to park your car. 7 minute walk to bus stop, 10 minutes to supermarket. Not a party house, no smokers, and sorry no additional pets - I have 2 cats so you must be ok with cats. Photos will be available once room is set up but let me know if you are interested
