Room is very spacious would easily fit king size bed , comes with inbuilt wardrobe , room gets plenty of sun in the morning , 5 minute drive to Hastings town centre, have Windsor park close by 5 minute walk , supermarket and four square close by have a dairy right across the road

Property is fully furnished with everything you need except for the room which is unfurnished

2 females in their 20s one works full time while the other study’s and works we are both chill like to socialise but also like our own space so sometimes we won’t always be home

Also living here are 2 beautiful young cats who are indoor cats
