Decent room with a bed going in a house of professionals. Brand new townhouse, with spacious lounge, bedrooms, lots of storage and amenities in the area.

A short drive to Bishopdale, Northlands, Northwood, Pak N Save and lots of other bits.

The house is very easy to heat, and has a small back yard with a private gate to the park. Etta cafe is a short walk across the park too.

I have netflix signed into the tv, so you can also create your own profile to use.

I’m James, and I own the house. Very easy going - big into video games, gymming, yoga, films, reading etc. I spend a lot of time gaming, but do like being social too. I have my own en-suite

Becky works in Bishopdale and is super lovely. She’s very friendly, chatty and always warm to be about.

We are both very clean and tidy people, so will want someone who is also up to our standards.
