We’re looking for an awesome flatmate to join our home from 1 January 2027!

📍 Location: Right next to the University Book Shop – only a few minutes’ walk to the University of Otago, the city centre, supermarkets, cafés, and pretty much everything else.

The room: ✨ Large bedroom with your own ensuite ✨ Plenty of storage ✨ Modern, warm, and well-kept 3-bedroom flat

🏠 The flat is fully furnished, so you only need to bring your bedroom furniture and personal belongings. The kitchen is fully equipped with shared cookware, crockery, cutlery, appliances, and utensils, so there’s no need to worry about buying the essentials.

Costs: 💰 $340/week (WiFi included) ⚡ Electricity is shared and usually works out to around $25–30 per person/month, with 3 hours of free power every day 🚿 Hot water cylinder is topped up every 2–3 months and averages around $54 per person 💵 Bond: $960

A little about us: You’ll be living with me (early 30s, working at the University of Otago) and PK (mid-20s, Otago student).

We’re a social but respectful flat. We love movie nights, board games, the occasional shared meal, and a good chat after a long day, but we also value everyone’s personal space and quiet time. We’re after someone who wants a home, not just a place to sleep.
