I’m looking for a female flatmate to take over my room in a lovely flat located in a secure 6-storey building with elevator access, right in the heart of Wellington.

The room includes: Single bed Chest of drawers Clothes rack Heater Large floor-to-ceiling window, making the room bright with plenty of natural light

The flat features: Fully equipped kitchen Dishwasher Washing machine Dryer Two bathrooms (You’ll be sharing your bathroom with one or two other flatmates.) A cleaner comes every week to clean the bathrooms Free electricity on weekends Car parking is available in the building (additional cost)

Great location: 12-minute walk to Victoria University of Wellington (Kelburn Campus) 15-minute walk to Pipitea Campus 5-minute walk to New World Metro on Willis Street and plenty of other shops 10-minute walk to Cuba Street Bus stops are just at the end of the street, making it easy to get around the city.

Rent: NZ$250 per week Bills: Approximately NZ$27 per week (internet, power, water, etc.).
