About the room
The room is a decent size and can come with drawers, bookshelf and side table if needed. Rent including power and wifi pw is $235 in winter but less during the summer months. We are currently looking at a cheaper plan. We have a fireplace and firewood which keeps us warm. The yard is quite large with a garage and deck (great in the summer). Lounge is good size and kitchen is big and super nice. We love movie nights, board games, fun random activities like blind deaf and mute YouTube challenge (haha), and the occasional bevvy 🍷.
About the roomies
Sadly our flatmate is moving to Germany for a PHD so we have a room available in a 3 bedroom home in Burnside with move in around the 26th of July. You will be living with myself, 23 year old female who’s in their final year of nursing at Ara and a male, Latham who is 20 and studying law at UC. We have a cat Teddy who is super friendly.
