Power is already set up and will be kept track of from a separate power meter. Wifi can be shared for an extra $50 per month.(Unlimited Fibre, 900Mbps download, 500mbps upload)

There are no lawns to care for. Property overlooks the Henderson Creek looking towards Te Atatu Peninsula.

The tenant must be friendly with both cats and dogs.

Total move in cost is $1980 (One Weeks rent in advance =$495 bond is 3 weeks rent =$1485)

No Pets, No kids, No Smokers indoors Clear credit and character references required.
