About the room

Large and bright corner bedroom with afternoon sunlight. It has thick carpet and good insulation so is nice and warm. The room is currently unfurnished but I can provide furniture for an extra $10/wk if needed (total of $200/wk including expenses if furnished).

The home is sunny and spacious in a quiet neighborhood. With a heat pump and log fire, the new build house is cozy and warm. It’s close to lovely reserves for walking, and only a ten minute walk from local shops.

About the roomies

Currently one mid-30s owner occupier living at the residence. I work full time and enjoy tramping, gardening and music in my spare time. I’m friendly and social, but also enjoy quiet evenings at home. I will also be looking for another roommate to fill the third bedroom.
