Hey everyone! We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our place in Maungatapu. The room will be available in 2 weeks, so if you’re looking for somewhere soon, keep reading! 😊

🛏️ The room:

Bright and spacious with a big window that gets heaps of natural light ☀️
Unfurnished, so you can set it up however you like.

💸 Rent:

$215 per week (includes all bills 🙌)
$300 bond + 1 week’s rent in advance

🏠 About us: You’ll be living with 2 girls and 3 guys, all in our early 20s. We’re a pretty social bunch and love a chat in the kitchen or the occasional drink together, but we also respect each other’s space and downtime.

🍻 The vibe: We’re looking for someone who’s easygoing, tidy, and keen to be part of the flat. We enjoy a few drinks every now and then, so it’d be awesome if you’re up for that occasionally (or at least don’t mind it!). Smoking/vaping is all good.

👀 We’re ideally looking for someone who: ✨ Is in their early to mid-20s ✨ Has a full-time job ✨ Is tidy, respectful, and easy to get along with ✨ Wants a friendly, relaxed flat to call home

About the roomies

we are currently 6 people living in the house. All between 20 and 23, we are me and my partner + 2 guys and a girl so we are trying to find another girl so we can keep it balanced ✨ We all work full-time except for a guy that he is studying to be a Tattoo artist. we are all pretty easy going! and don’t mind a drink every now and then so we are trying to find someone who can match the flat vibes ✨ Also we all love our own time and space, so during the week is always quiet and chill, specially bc we all have different times!
