O'neills Avenue

Hi there are two rooms included in the rent in an original 1905 townhouse in a fantastic location in Takapuna. Oneills Avenue is a cul-de-sac that leads directly to the beach walk between Milford and Takapuna 100m away from the house. While the house has a large lounge on the south facing street side , I think your going to prefer the sunny north facing covered in deck indoor/outdoor aspect. As mentioned she is old but has the essentials, dishwasher, induction hobs, washing machine, dryer and while just the one bathroom has a great shower, heated towel rail etc. Both rooms have space for a double bed but I’d imagine you would use the second for an office or storage. The second and recently built studio room is sunny and located on the deck.

I’m a mature working professional, and have just rented this house to see me though next summer till mid May 2027 though this might be able to be extended. I travel and work from home or the office and often spend weekends at my partners. Ideally I’m looking for one flatmate whose easy going and is able to appreciate the location while accepting this is a modest house. Just a note the landlord is fine with me getting a flatmate but has asked for a police check.
