Hello people… We are looking for medium or long term flatmates ( ideally a couple),to join our flat in Cashmere area. If you work in Hornby, Hashwell, Hillmorton, Addington or South ChCh, it is a very good location!

The house is very comfortable, it has super large rooms, all areas are well divided. The house is NOT a townhouse attached to 3 other houses with a mini garden.

The room is super spacious with an ensuit bathroom, it is furnished with a queen bed, two Bedside drawers and a large desk. It has a double Wardrobe, and plenty of space in the house to store extras.

Deck to enjoy the summer and direct entry to Narnia…(?). We have BBQ grills and we like to enjoy eating with friends and flatmates!!

15 minutes from downtown by car, 5 minutes from Barrington mall. Bus stop super close walking distance. (one block) Lots of green. Nice neighborhood and super safe.
