🏡 Flatmates Wanted – Kennington Available from 15th August

Looking for two friendly, reliable and honest flatmates to share my warm 3-bedroom home in Kennington.

🛏️ Queen room – $250/week 🛏️ Double room – $240/week

Rooms are furnished with a full-length mirror and tallboy. Each room has its own security keypad for privacy.

Rent includes power, security, Starlink, TV, utilities, and household necessities. 2 person Spa included.

Relaxed, tidy home shared with my Jack Russell, cat, and horses on the property, so must be comfortable around animals.

Looking for clean, respectful people who pay rent on time and treat the house like home. I work shifts, so happy to keep things quiet if you’re also a shift worker. Must have own vehicle and buy own groceries.
