I am moving out of my comfortable room to rent at Fitzgerald Ave, which will become available from the 24th of August onwards. This is near places like the Richmond community garden, Piko WholeFoods, the Bealey Dairy, and the Stanmore New World. This room will give you a cupboard, a desk, a bed, and two remaining flatmates. The flat has a garage for small personal items only. A person around the same age as us (22-23) would be preferred. Utilities are $25 per week. Send a Message to me if you are interested.

These flatmates, like myself, are Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineers who have finished their courses and are into other hobbies like photography, cycling, and more. In our three-person flat, we do not drink, we are quiet, we have a good sense of hygiene, and we love having in-depth and funny discussions.
