STUDENT ROOM IN RICHMOND:
I am moving out of my comfortable room to rent at 268D Fitzgerald Ave, which will become available from the 24th of August onwards.
This room will give you a cupboard, a desk, a bed, and two remaining flatmates. The flat has a garage for large personal items, and International Students are welcome too. There is on-street parking nearby.
There will be a Washing Machine, Bed, and a desk left over. The room dimensions are 310 x 340cm. And there is around a 25 minute bike commute to the university.
Rent is $183 per week. Utilities are around $25 per week.
