We’re looking for a like-minded flatmate to share our home in a fantastic part of Titirangi.

The space includes a large bedroom plus a separate smaller room with a built-in desk, making it perfect if you work from home, need a study, or simply enjoy having a bit of extra space.

The property includes a separate self-contained studio where Craig will be living. You’ll have your own bedroom and office in the main house, with a shared bathroom. The layout gives everyone plenty of their own space while still creating a welcoming home. About Us

You’ll be sharing with two easy-going professionals in our early 60s. I own a hospitality business, and Craig works in the HR/IT industry and occasionally works from home.

We’re active, sociable, and enjoy getting out and about. We love good food, travel, the outdoors and catching up over a drink or a meal from time to time. We’re looking for someone who enjoys a friendly home where everyone gets along, while also respecting each other’s space.

The house isn’t a party house, but we certainly enjoy having friends over occasionally, firing up the BBQ, sharing a meal, or having a few drinks now and then. It’s all about balance and creating a home that’s relaxed, respectful and enjoyable to live in.

About You We’re looking for someone who’s settled, considerate, house-proud and easy to live with. Someone who enjoys a clean, welcoming home, is happy to socialise from time to time, but also appreciates everyone’s own space.
