Room for rent is furnished with a queen size bed incl comfortable mattress, set of drawers and side cabinets (Furniture can be removed if not needed), a built-in wardrobe. Just bring your own bedding. It also features a window with ranch slider door that opens out onto a large open deck over looking back lawn and rolling hills.

Amenities in the area: Post Office, Pharmacy and Dairy. Close to NorthTec and Hospital. Approx 10mins from town centre.

Current flatmate is the home owner, female, clean & tidy, respectful, sociable, in early 40’s, a non-smoker, who likes to keep fit, spend time in the outdoors and be creative with crafts. I have 2x indoor-outdoor, non-sociable female cats. Won’t be accepting applicants with cats - sorry.

Looking for a male or female to rent spare room. Must be in full-time employment, a non-smoker, mature, respectful, clean & tidy and pays rent on time. Bring and cook your own foods.
