We’re on the hunt for a great long-term flatmate (no couples) to join our home in Sandringham. The house is a well-maintained character villa with heaps of charm, high ceilings, loads of natural light, and big gardens that are perfect for relaxing in the summer. There’s plenty of on-street parking, and the location is close to local cafés, shops, and public transport. Move in date 17 August. The room is $320 per week + bills (approx $25 a week each) spacious and gets lots of natural light, it has a built in wardrobe with plenty of room for a queen or king bed, desk, Tv and extra furniture.

You’ll be living with three full time working professionals. x1 Welsh guy (37) x1 kiwi girl (30) and x1 kiwi guy (29) and x1 very small and old house mascot (doggo) We’re looking for someone who’s easygoing, tidy, and keen to be part of a friendly, respectful house. We all enjoy a chat or the occasional shared meal, glass of wine but also respect each other’s space and independence.
