Me and my partner have 1 bedroom available in our 4 bedroom house in Riccarton/Tower Junction - 5 min walk to hagley and a 10 min walk to Westield.

$200 for a single person ($210 over Winter) This includes power and wifi, and the room has a bed. When the couple move out within the next few weeks you’ll get the larger room ($220 per week- $230 over Winter) which has a desk, heater, bed and a recliner- power and wifi included.

Couples negotiable.

Please know that we are searching for someone aged between 22 and 36.

You will be living with me, my partner, our cats and three flatmates- although the couple will be moving out soon.
