Close to the university, airport, bus stop, and shopping mall. It takes 8 minutes drive to the airport or uni, 13 minutes bus ride to the UoC or Westfield Shopping Mall.

Five bedrooms, an office, a studio room, and three bathrooms. Super clean and tidy. The whole house is completely double-glazed: windows and sliding doors. New carpet, new bathrooms/toilets, newly painted. Planning to install solar panels and batteries in spring.

It is a furnished room, available next week. It will be best suited to an established professional or mature post-grad.

An internship trainee, a postgraduate student, a retired professional (the house owner), and a lovely house cat.

Each has a different timetable, and we respect each other’s private space and time.
