Hiii, we are looking for a tidy female (ideally) to takeover a generous room in our three bedroom Lyall Bay home. You’ll be living with two female young professionals. The house is a 2 minute walk to a regular bus, a five/ten minute walk to Kilbirnie shops & supermarkets and is equally close to Lyall Bay Beach.

We’re looking for someone who is:

✨ Clean & tidy

✨ Respectful

✨ Easy to get along with and happy to contribute to a positive, friendly home

The house is fully furnished but the bedroom comes unfurnished. Rent is $275 a week and expenses vary but tend to be $15ish a week (we have solar power so that helps! ☀️☀️)

Available from end of July but move in date is flexible.
