It’s a 3-storey townhouse in Royal Oak, super handy location. About a 5-minute walk to Pak’nSave, heaps of fast food spots nearby, and just a 1-minute walk to a bus stop (30) that goes straight into the city. The room is on the top floor, with a built in wardrobe, and extra storage in the hall. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one other person and the top level with two other rooms. The house is really spacious, big kitchen with a butler’s pantry, lounge and guest bathroom on the second floor, and a study downstairs (where the 4th room is located). There’s ducted AC throughout, heated bathroom floors and towel rails, plus a large balcony off the main living area on second level.
You will be sharing the flat with 3 other young professionals in their early to mid 20s. All social but independent, down for quick chats when passing by but otherwise pretty quiet. All very tidy and get along.
