We have a room available in our modern beachside home. A few steps from the ocean, and just a couple of minutes from everything you need - gyms, cafes, the supermarket, Bayfair and more

Large double bedroom with your own ensuite toilet on a private floor of the house. It has plenty of storage and a large glass door opening onto the courtyard for natural light and fresh air. The room is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is fully furnished as pictured. The room comes with one off-street car park in the garage, on street parking is available nearby.

$400 for a single person / $550 for a couple (bills not included) 2 week bond required Available from 10th August - flexible

You’ll be living with two friendly 25-year-old women who both work full-time. We’re always up for a chat after work, enjoy the occasional flat dinner, and like getting out for weekend activities when we can. We keep the house clean, tidy, and relaxed, and while we enjoy social time together, we also respect each other’s space and keep things chilled out.
