We have a spacious, fully furnished bedroom available in our modern 3-bedroom townhouse, ideal for a working professional looking for a comfortable, clean and peaceful place to call home.

The room comes fully furnished with a queen bed and mattress, built-in wardrobe, bedside table, work desk, monitor, and plenty of natural light. It’s a generous-sized room with enough space to relax and comfortably work from home.

The house is a modern townhouse with an open-plan living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, HRV ventilation system, fast fibre internet, and a sunny outdoor deck. We take pride in keeping the home clean and well looked after.

You’ll be living with a friendly and respectful couple in their 30s and an Irish professional in her late 20s. We’re all full-time working professionals with busy schedules, so the house is generally quiet during the week.

We’re looking for someone who is working full-time, clean, tidy, respectful, pays rent on time, and is looking for a home rather than a party house.

The house is conveniently located near Stanhope Road on the Ellerslie/Mt Wellington border, with easy access to Sylvia Park, Ellerslie Village, Penrose, Panmure and East Tamaki. Motorway access and public transport are both nearby.

Rent is $295 per week, with expenses of approximately $30 per week, covering power, water, fibre internet and shared household costs. Bond and move-in costs can be discussed.
