Located in the city centre with easy access to the centre and 2 min walk to Aro Valley shops too (no car required). 1 driveway space (currently this is rented out weekdays 9-5 but can be discussed), permit parking on the street with plenty of spaces. The room has previously been occupied by couples with no issue regarding space. Rent price for a couple would be the same just paying slightly more to cover bills.

You would be living with 2 other friendly roomies aged mid 20s to 30s. One works full time and the other is a full time masters student. Social flat up for evening chats and socials but also happy to respect each other’s space.
