Hi all, One of our flatmates is moving out close to the end of the month and we’re looking for someone to take over her lease. The flat is fully furnished, warm (double glazed), modern, and in great location (5 mins from uni). The rent is $200 pw including internet. There is a cat In the photos, but sad to say she will be gone before you move in. You’ll be flatting with myself (28F) and another flatmate (24F).

Myself (28F) and (24F) are mature students who are incredibly friendly, easy going, respectful and clean. and we’re looking for someone similar! Either a student or young professional. Unfortunately our tenancy contract doesn’t allow a couple for this room.
