I have a furnished double bedroom in a modern, sunny house located in Redwood. You’ll have a queen bed, drawers, a desk, and a bathroom all to yourself. Rent is $250 a week including all bills. The house is well located to many amenities; the 125 bus has a stop outside the house, we are also a 3 minute drive from Pak n Save, 5 minutes from Northlands, 5 mins from Northwood Supa Centa, and 5 mins from Shirley Homebase. The kitchen is also fully equipped.

You’ll be living with myself, I am the homeowner. I am an easygoing woman in her 50’s who works Monday to Friday 7am-3pm in my hybrid role, so I work from home regularly. My hobbies include going to the gym and Latin dance including Tango. I enjoy having a chat after work (with a glass of wine sometimes), but am also respectful of personal space. This is not a party house, I value making this house a home where it is easy to unwind. Looking for like-minded people for either short term or longer term.

You’ll also be living with Pluto, my cheeky 3 year old golden retriever. He loves people and will be your best friend 🐶
