The property is a partially renovated, very cosy and bright 1950’s 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with spacious garden. It’s very centrally located within 10 mins walking distance to Greerton shops, various parks, and the bus hub.

-$260/week including power, water, unlimited internet -1 week’s bond + 1 week’s rent in advance. -The room can be partially furnished or unfurnished, as need.
-Please note that the room photos are as the room is at the moment. Decorative items (painting, mirror, knick-nacks, lamp, throw) will be removed once the room is let out.
